I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the location was convenient for our needs and the hotel had a pleasant tropical garden feel, the room cleanliness and musty smell were major concerns. The breakfast offered a good variety but had some doubts about food quality.

My stay at the Hyatt Place Fort La was enjoyable overall. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean, though I wished the A/C unit was a bit larger. The service was top-notch, especially with Abbey, Mark, Simone, Trevor, and Michael going above and beyond. The location was nice with beautiful ducks, turtles, and the occasional alligator. The dining experience was good with tasty and plentiful options, yet a bit rushed. The facilities were decent, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay.
